*Morning Mars *opens the dance with a fascinating approach to enjoy music. The album is enriched with Virtual Reality content, immersive sound, a webgame and the tuning of some tracks in 432hz like Verdi did. Go to www.collateralnature.com to find all immersive content.

    *Side A*

*Morning Mars* is the title track of the album and inspiration fore album cover artwork: giant hands digging the Martian soil. The track carries a clear message which is also the manifesto of Collateral Nature:
Once our planet is consumed, we are ready to colonize another one (Mars in this case) and repeat the cycle. Morning Mars comes with a Virtual Reality clip.

*Tre* or three is the ideal set up I always imagined to have on stage for Collateral Nature. Written in one go with a precise bass line in mind, the song is as simple as it is hypnotic. The track supports the evolution of the Rhodes piano and the drums that draw you into the psychedelic soul of the track.

*Sea of Clouds *represents the dialogue between electronic and jazz as the master creating a dreamy song like laying on your back looking at the clouds on a spring day. The refrain is supported by minimal glitch architectures with deep bass and ambient pads, while the restart with the Wurlitzer piano and double bass complements the Collateral Nature style nicely.

*Le Noire* is an instrumental funk track commissioned to me for the promotional campaign of an international brand many years ago. It came spontaneously to me to take back the funk vein and rework it in a Collateral Nature key.

*Heap of Stars:* I had this downtempo environment with trip hop references in mind in which vocal melody creates the perfect symbiosis and starry night matching the lyrics. Listen to believe.

    *Side B*

*Tyger Tyger, Burning Bright* is inspired by the works of the English poet William Blake. I interpreted the energy of the tiger masterfully described by the English poet. The moog riff forms the backbone of this electro funk piece.

*Lost Music* talks about the difficulties and the romanticism encountered in the suburbs where youthful energy collides with the reality of a future that has very little to offer.

*Alice Harris* is dedicated to Alice Harris, the first reporter of modern times (late 19th century). Thanks to the publication of her images in international newspapers of the time, she stopped the brutal violence carried out by the Belgian king in Congo. The song echoes sounds of ambient jazz. The track is produced in 432hz tuning.

*Way out* has a tight beat, biting chords and a counterpoint bass line as its ingredients. This killer track demands to be listened to in one breath.

*Breathe! Robot *is an invitation to stop for a moment and breathe deeply, to understand the difference between automaton and being aware. It comes with a WebGL game.

Nature is collateral when it undergoes a distortion, a deep force in its vital course and is therefore destined to change. I imagined a project that could narrate this metamorphosis by choosing the butterfly, a symbol of fragility and elegance, and an interpreter of this distorted nature.

Morning Mars Blind and without any rules is the man who lives in hysteria The signs say something is going wrong Someone said that it has never been seen before Pray and kiss the ground It could, won't be the same Signs of something odd The greedy hearts have no more faith How many lies We still stand by 1% of us This is not a joke Do you really want to see dead bees? How many trees we still have to endure seeing to fall This is not a joke Do you wanna drop the last leaf? 500 million years to create fragile and magical alchemies, our last and heavy wretched steps are hitting their foundations Pray and kiss the ground It could, won't be the same Signs of something odd Our eyes don't look away How many lies We still stand by 1% of us This is not a joke Do you really want to see dead bees? How many trees we still have to endure seeing to fall This is not a joke Do you wanna drop the last leaf?

SEA OF CLOUDS Look at my common ways Everyday it's all the same Every day i take a grey bus Line 23 Even if I always knew that I wasn't born for this purpose I always truly do my best To be humble I raise my heart up I keep on searching I keep on searching I raise my mind up Above the ceiling My mind moves freely Uuh... A sea of clouds Takes different shapes It only belongs To a perfect instant Of its deep breathing I'll never be a prisoner 'cause I have to clock in I try to change this situation To build a better life I raise my heart up I keep on searching I keep on searching I raise my mind up Above the ceiling My mind moves freely Uuh... A sea of clouds Takes different shapes It only belongs To a perfect instant Of its deep breathing

Heap of stars A heap of stars whirl round and round in a circle of blinking light A space shuttle announces the end of the world nobody can stop it, it advances I cry and I cry my baby is wounded, that little eye needs care People reassuring me: stop it, crying is not worthwhile forget it, it’s gone it’s just a grey memory, the baby is safe Everything is where it should be though, I can’t stop crying

Lost Music 02:58
there’s no peace, in the ghetto walking shoes so cheap there’s a sign in the house on the border
not even rap can change its destiny
will a good job change your neighbour’s mind? your faceless past is scaring me, oh yeah...
is it for your white face and big eyes that i feel loved? no distance between us no policy will bind us lost music feels stronger the melodies among us no limit between us
no tears or clouds will bind us lost music feels stronger the melodies among us small-town mothers, checking on their children worried for the news flash, faster than the pontoons, (they outrun) no way to go back Bars with no glory theater of morbid stories closed windows Somebody says it’s a swindle Nobody wants to speak yet there’s a white rose along the street ready to be picked but temptations, obsessions, aggressions will turn the rose into blood-red no distance between us no policy will bind us the melodies among us No limit between us no tears or clouds will bind us the melodies among us
No limit between us
no tears or clouds will bind us lost music feels stronger the melodies among us

Way Out 03:06
WAY OUT A smile open wide A pink heart She lies to herself With dry eyes Doing good deeds She got no needs You want to forget Poor words Way out Of beliefs Freedom From your thoughts Way out Of your wit Spring up For love The fifties Winds and skirts You want to forget The bad words She says you can't write with the left Freedom from your thoughts She doesn't know The pain you feel Way out of your wit She'll give you candy till she can She gives you presents And poison She doesn't know the pain you feel A smile open wide A black heart She loves herself With dry eyes Way out Of beliefs Freedom From your thoughts Way out Of your wit Spring up For love
